In FY1998, the FAM Monetization Working Group commissioned the publication of an updated monetization manual for use by all Cooperating Sponsors engaged in the monetization of P.L. 480 Title II commodities. With the input of the FAM Working Group, Bridget Ralyea authored this manual.
