The workshop was divided into three sections: Problem Identification (Day 1), Problem Analysis (Day 2), and Problem Solving (Day 3). Due to the large file sizes, many files are compacted inside WinZip archival files, which helps to reduce file size.  If you do not have WinZip installed on your computer, you may download an evaluation copy from www.winzip.com.  To save a larger file of any type to your computer for later use, move your mouse over the link and click the right mouse button.  Choose the option "Save Target As" from the pop-up menu, and choose a location on your computer where you wish to save the file. You will be notified when the file is finished downloading.
